    The Firm has extensive experience in all phases of construction law.  We represent owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and suppliers in connection with both public and private construction projects.  Our attorneys provide legal advice pertaining to the drafting and negotiation of contracts, assessment of issues that arise during the construction phase, and litigation and dispute resolution.  The firm is experienced in handling public bidding disputes and protests, and its attorneys have successfully challenged contract awards and bidder disqualifications.  We can assist with lien assertion and resolution, and contractors’ issues with the Department of Labor and the Department of Treasury, Division of Property Maintenance and Construction.  We also defend contractors in construction defect claims, including transition lawsuits by condominium associations.  Because the Firm handles both corporate and litigation matters, our attorneys are capable of providing practical, result-oriented legal advice.

    Among our recent engagements, the Firm has:
