• Overview

    Mr. Kurak is experienced in all aspects of federal and state taxation, including advising with respect to corporate transactions, executive compensation, and handling tax controversy matters. As a member of the Firm’s corporate transactional department, Mr. Kurak also has significant experience in assisting clients with business formations, commercial transactions, review and drafting of commercial ageements including employment agreements, phantom stock plans, stock option plans, service agreements, operating agreements, shareholder and buy/sell agreements.

    Mr Kurak’s practice also focuses on traditional areas of personal estate planning for business owners and high net worth individuals as well as estate and trust administration matters. Mr. Kurak’s expertise includes family business succession planning, charitable planning, and premarital agreements.
