Ms. Wu concentrates her practice in corporate and transactional law. Ms. Wu served as Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Helen E. Hoens, J.A.D., Appellate Division, Superior Court of New Jersey. During law school, Ms. Wu served as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Ronald J. Hedges, U.S.M.J., District of New Jersey. She also served as Managing Development Editor of the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal.
