Theodore T. Reilly, Associate
Theodore Reilly concentrates his practice in litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability defense on behalf of attorneys, accountants, architects and professional engineers. Mr. Reilly has experience representing parties in matters including, but not limited to, construction defect actions, personal injury defense, professional negligence defense and alleged ethics violations. Mr. Reilly has been involved in a number of matters at the appellate level including New Jersey D.C.P.P. v. G.S., 447 N.J.Super. 539 (App. Div. 2016).
Mr. Reilly graduated from the University of Delaware with majors in History and Psychology and graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Reilly interned with the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office, the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law, and The Honorable F. Michael Giles, J.S.C. Superior Court of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Reilly also worked with the Seton Hall Law School Center for Social Justice, Equal Justice Clinic, representing legal permanent residents before the New Jersey Appellate Division who were being denied State medical benefits.
Prior to joining Graham Curtin, Mr. Reilly served as a Law Clerk to The Honorable John F. Malone, P.J.Ch. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Union County.
